Connecting Producers to Consumers is  a new initiative by Montgomery County, Ohio.  The program wants to involve the public in how food gets from the farms…to our tables. You are invited! It’s a free event slated for November 7, 2014 ~ 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m at the. University of Dayton River Campus, Meyer Room1700 S. Patterson Blvd., Dayton, Ohio

Hosted by a  coalition of stakeholders that includes: Montgomery County Food Policy Coalition, University of Dayton’s Sustainability, Energy and the Environment Program and Growing Power Initiative, and Partners for the Environment Food Team, the event will focusing on solutions for local food distribution. It will be an opportunity top learn from the experts in their fields –
